Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 May 2026
DermVersity Education Institute is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We design pages with semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigability and responsive layouts that work across devices.
What we do
• Use semantic headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate the site. • Provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information. • Ensure interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard. • Avoid relying on colour alone to convey meaning. • Support text resizing and use of browser zoom up to 200%.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (e.g. video players, external resources) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to address these as the site evolves.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please email accessibility@dermversity.org with a description of the issue and the page URL. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 working days.
